Role: Senior ServiceNow Developer

Seniority Level: Senior

Required Experience: 6-10 years

Type: Contractual ( 6 months ) - Extendible based on project

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and customize applications and modules on the ServiceNow platform.
- Lead end‑to‑end ServiceNow implementation or enhancement projects, providing technical guidance and mentoring junior developers.
- Build and maintain integrations (REST, SOAP, Integration Hub, MID Server) and automate business processes using Flow Designer.
- Perform platform upgrades, performance optimization, troubleshoot production issues, and ensure adherence to best practices and security guidelines.

Must-Have Skills/Technologies:

- ServiceNow platform experience in any module(ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD, SecOps, ITBM/SPM, CMDB)





- JavaScript scripting
- ServiceNow Integration (REST, SOAP, Integration Hub, MID Server)

Good-to-Have Skills/Technologies:

- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS)
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)

- ITIL Foundation Certification

Must-Have Soft Skills/Technologies:

- Ability to lead a small technical team (3–8 developers)
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
- Valuable communication and collaboration abilities
- Ability to mentor junior team members
