We are looking for an experienced SEA Manager with 5+ years of hands-on experience in Paid Search / Performance Marketing and proven expertise in managing campaigns across the UK, US, and European markets .

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, manage, and optimize paid search campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising.
- Manage Search, Shopping, Performance Max, Display, and Remarketing campaigns.
- Develop market-specific SEA strategies for the UK, US, Germany, and other European markets.
- Monitor and optimize campaign performance based on ROAS, CPA, CPC, CTR, conversion rate, and revenue.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, audience targeting, and A/B testing.
- Manage advertising budgets efficiently and identify opportunities to scale profitable campaigns.
- Work closely with Marketing, E-commerce, Creative, Content, and Analytics teams.
- Track and analyze campaign performance using GA4, Google Tag Manager, and reporting tools.

Requirements:

- Minimum 5+ years of experience in SEA / PPC / Paid Search / Performance Marketing .
- Strong experience managing campaigns across the UK, US,



and European markets .
- Advanced knowledge of Google Ads, Google Shopping, Performance Max, and Microsoft Advertising.
- Solid understanding of international market targeting, localization, and customer behavior.
- Hands-on experience with GA4, Google Tag Manager, conversion tracking, and performance reporting.
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Ability to independently manage multiple campaigns, markets, budgets, and priorities.

Preferred:

- Experience in E-commerce, D2C, Retail, Fitness, or Lifestyle brands.
- Experience with the German / DACH market.
- Knowledge of Google Merchant Center and product feed optimization.
- Google Ads certifications are an advantage.
