Job Summary

- We are looking for an experienced Senior SAS Consultant Team Lead who can drive end-to-end SAS solutions while leading and mentoring a high-performing analytics team.

- The ideal candidate will have robust hands-on expertise in SAS DI, SAS Visual Analytics (VA), SQL, and coding, along with proven stakeholder management and delivery ownership skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Technical &
- Delivery Lead design, development, and optimization of SAS DI (ETL) processes for complex data integration and transformation requirements.

- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using SAS Visual Analytics (VA).

- write, review, and optimize SAS code (Base SAS, SQL, Macros) ensuring performance, scalability, and data accuracy.

- Work extensively with SQL for data extraction, validation, and reconciliation across multiple data sources.

- Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and documentation guidelines.

- Support production deployments, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.

- Leadership &

- Team Management Lead and mentor a team of SAS developers/analysts, ensuring skill development and delivery excellence.

- Allocate tasks, review deliverables, and ensure timely completion of milestones.

- Conduct regular code reviews and knowledge-sharing sessions.

- Act as a technical escalation point for the team.





- Stakeholder Management Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

- Provide regular status updates, risk assessments, and delivery reports to internal and external stakeholders.

- Participate in requirement discussions, solution design workshops, and project planning.

Required Skills &

- Must-Have Skills Strong hands-on experience in SAS DI Studio (ETL development)

- Expertise in SAS Visual Analytics (VA) Advanced SAS Programming &
- Coding skills

- Strong SQL knowledge Proven team handling and leadership experience Excellent stakeholder and client communication skills

- Good to Have Experience with SAS platform architecture or SAS Viya Exposure to performance tuning and large-scale data environments

- Experience working in BFSI / Risk / Analytics domains

Soft Skills
