Senior Salesforce Developer (PD I Certified) Experience: 5–8 Years

About The Role We are looking for an experienced and proactive Senior Salesforce Developer with strong technical expertise, client-facing experience, and leadership capabilities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering scalable Salesforce solutions, engaging with clients to understand business requirements, mentoring team members, and driving successful project execution.

This role requires a combination of hands-on Salesforce development, solution architecture thinking, stakeholder management, and an AI-first mindset.

Key Responsibilities Salesforce Development & Solution Design

- Develop and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, Flows, and Integrations.
- Design scalable and maintainable Salesforce solutions aligned with business and technical requirements.
- Build and configure custom objects, validation rules, approval processes, flows, and security models.
- Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices and development standards.
- Work on complex integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware platforms.
- Support data migration, data quality initiatives, and deployment activities.

Client Communication & Stakeholder Management

- Participate in client discussions, requirement gathering workshops, and solution walkthroughs.
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions and provide effort estimations.




- Act as a trusted advisor to clients by recommending Salesforce best practices and platform capabilities.
- Present technical solutions and architecture approaches to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Team Leadership & Mentorship

- Lead and mentor a team of Salesforce developers and junior consultants.
- Guide team members on technical challenges, coding standards, and Salesforce best practices.
- Assist in sprint planning, task allocation, and delivery management.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation within the team.

AI & Innovation

- Design and implement AI-powered Salesforce solutions using Einstein AI, Agentforce, Data Cloud, Prompt Builder, Copilot Studio, and Generative AI capabilities.
- Identify opportunities to automate business processes using AI-driven insights and recommendations.
- Stay updated with Salesforce seasonal releases and emerging AI technologies.

Delivery & Agile Practices

- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily standups, retrospectives, and backlog grooming.
- Collaborate with QA, Business Analysts, Architects, and Project Managers to ensure successful delivery.
- Ensure high-quality deliverables through unit testing, code coverage, and documentation.

Required Qualifications

- 5–8 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
- Strong expertise in Apex, LWC,



Visualforce, SOQL, SOSL, Flows, and Integrations.
- Salesforce Platform Developer I Certification (Mandatory).
- Experience in client-facing roles including requirement gathering and solution discussions.
- Experience leading or mentoring development teams.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce security, sharing, governor limits, and platform architecture.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce APIs, integrations, and deployment tools.
- Knowledge of Salesforce AI offerings including Einstein AI, Agentforce, Data Cloud, Prompt Builder, and Generative AI.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Robust problem-solving mindset and proactive approach.

Nice to Have

- Experience with Presales and Solution Consulting, including effort estimation, solution design, technical proposals, RFP/RFI responses, POCs, and client demonstrations.
- Salesforce Platform Developer II Certification.
- Experience with Experience Cloud (Community Cloud).
- Knowledge of Salesforce Public Sector Solutions.
- Experience with DevOps tools such as Copado, Gearset, Bitbucket Pipelines, or GitHub Actions.
- Exposure to Salesforce Data Cloud.
- Agile/Scrum certification or practical Agile delivery experience.
