FinSpectra is a product engineering company building enterprise platforms for global clients in the financial services and lending industry. We are a fast-growing banking domain IT company leveraging the Salesforce platform to deliver creative and scalable solutions to our clients. We are looking for a talented and experienced Senior Salesforce Developer to join our team and play a key role in designing, building, and deploying Salesforce-based applications.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality solutions on the Salesforce platform using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and SOQL.

- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.

- Customize Salesforce standard and custom objects, workflows, validation rules, process builders, and flows.

- Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, or platform events.

- Perform unit testing, system testing, and support user acceptance testing.

- Participate in code reviews, maintain coding standards, and follow best practices.





- Support Salesforce platform updates, upgrades, and release management.

- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues and defects.

Required Qualifications:

- 5+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development.

- Strong command of Apex programming, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Salesforce APIs.

- Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, and security concepts.

- Experience with declarative tools like Process Builder, Flows, Workflow Rules, and Approval Processes.

- Familiarity with version control tools like Git and DevOps tools like Copado, Gearset, or Salesforce DX.

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

- Salesforce Platform Developer I & II certification desirable.

Nice to Have:

- Experience with CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce deployments.

- Exposure to Experience Cloud, Service Cloud, or Sales Cloud configurations.

- Knowledge of modern JavaScript frameworks and integration patterns.

- Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, or Slack.
