We are looking for an experienced and target-driven Senior Sales Manager – B2B Sales to lead business development and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in B2B sales, client acquisition, relationship management, and sales team leadership.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute B2B sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Identify and acquire new corporate/business clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and decision-makers.
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, meetings, and other channels.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance updates.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial terms with clients.
- Identify new market opportunities and expand the customer base.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
- Monitor competitors, market trends, and customer requirements.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.




- 5–10 years of relevant B2B sales experience.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Experience handling corporate clients and senior decision-makers.
- Strong leadership and team-management abilities.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings when required.
