Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Sales professional to drive business growth by acquiring new clients and expanding relationships with existing customers. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of logistics, freight forwarding, transportation, warehousing, and supply chain solutions, along with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities across target industries.

- Build and maintain long-term relationships with corporate clients and key decision-makers.

- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements while ensuring profitability.

- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and revenue targets.

- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for account growth.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.





Experience

- 5–10 years of sales experience in the logistics, freight forwarding, transportation, or supply chain industry.

- Demonstrated success in business development and key account management.

- Established network of clients is an advantage.

Required Skills

- Solid knowledge of logistics and supply chain operations.

- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.

- Strong business development and relationship management capabilities.
