Experience

10–15 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Customer Relationship Management.

Prior experience in leading a sales team of at least 5 members is mandatory.

Key Requirements

- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (spoken and written). Knowledge of additional regional languages is an added advantage.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
- Proficient in Google Workspace (Gmail, Google Sheets, Google Docs, Google Meet) and MS Office.
- Good knowledge of AI tools (such as ChatGPT, Gemini, or similar platforms) to improve productivity, communication, and sales activities.
- Ability to generate leads, follow up with customers, prepare quotations, and close sales.
- Strong internet research and market analysis skills.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to travel across India if required.
- Valuable presentation, reporting, and coordination skills.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Lead and manage a sales team of 5 members, providing guidance, motivation,



and performance monitoring.
- Develop new business opportunities and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Handle key customer enquiries, prepare quotations, and support the team in closing orders.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth order execution.
- Monitor team performance and submit periodic sales reports.
- Identify market trends and competitor activities.
- Utilize AI and digital tools to improve sales productivity and customer communication.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets.
