Job Summary

Ventino Stainless Steel Water Tank is looking for a dynamic, target-driven MBA Graduate to join our growing team as a Senior Sales Executive. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, leadership, and sales skills with the ability to build strong customer relationships and expand our market presence.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business targets.
- Generate new business opportunities and expand the dealer & distributor network.
- Visit dealers, builders, contractors, and customers to promote Ventino Stainless Steel Water Tanks.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Conduct product presentations and negotiate business deals.
- Follow up on enquiries and convert leads into successful sales.
- Coordinate with the marketing and operations teams.




- Submit daily sales reports and provide market feedback.

Requirements

- MBA (Marketing/Sales preferred).
- 2+ years of experience in Sales or Business Development.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong leadership and customer relationship management skills.
- Willingness to travel across assigned territories.
- Valid Driving License preferred.
