We are looking for a customer-focused and enthusiastic Showroom Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist customers in selecting tiles, sanitary ware, and related products while delivering excellent customer service and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and understand their requirements.
- Explain product features, designs, specifications, and pricing.
- Recommend suitable products based on customer needs and budget.
- Prepare quotations and coordinate order confirmations.
- Follow up with customers to convert enquiries into sales.
- Achieve individual and showroom sales targets.
- Maintain attractive product displays and showroom cleanliness.
- Coordinate with the warehouse for product availability and deliveries.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and after-sales support professionally.
- Maintain customer records and sales reports.
- Stay updated on current products, offers, and industry trends.
Required Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service and sales abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/ERP).
- Ability to work in a team.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Preferred Qualification
- Experience in tiles, sanitary ware, building materials, or retail showroom sales is an added advantage.
- Freshers with good communication skills are encouraged to apply.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
