An experienced executive Male / Female ( Above 30)

with

Strong sales & negotiation skills –

Ability to close deals, handle objections, and upsell

Client relationship management –

Build and maintain long-term relationships with key builders, dealers

Market knowledge –

Understanding of product, competitors, pricing, and market trends. For tiles: knowledge of brands, designs, applications

Target oriented –

Consistent in achieving and exceeding monthly/quarterly sales targets

Excellent communication –

Transparent in presentations, proposals, and follow-ups

Customer handling –

Professional, patient, and solution-oriented approach

Team leadership –

Ability to guide junior sales staff, dealers, and distributors

Networking skills –

Good rapport with architects, builders, contractors, and retailers3

Product & Technical Knowledge

Deep knowledge of tiles, specifications, applications, schemes

Problem-solving –

Handle site issues, delivery concerns, damage/credit note requests diplomatically

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
