Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented Sales Executive to join our Sales & Business Development team. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business, managing customer relationships, achieving sales targets, and contributing to the overall growth of the company.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new leads through cold calling, references, online platforms, and other sources.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Contact potential customers and understand their requirements.
- Present and explain products/services to prospective customers.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with existing and new clients.
- Follow up with leads and convert them into successful sales.
- Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales-related documents.
- Maintain accurate customer and sales information in CRM/Excel.
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and customer requirements.




- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Attend client meetings, exhibitions, and other business development activities when required.
- Prepare regular sales reports and provide updates to management.

Required Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and basic computer applications.
- Customer relationship management skills.
- Ability to handle follow-ups and convert leads.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings, if required.

Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Candidates with relevant experience in Sales / Business Development / B2B Sales will be preferred.
