About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Sales Engineer with a strong background in cutting tools to drive sales growth and expand our customer base across the Nashik region. The ideal candidate should have excellent technical knowledge of machining applications and experience managing OEMs and industrial customers.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Manage and strengthen relationships with OEMs, distributors, and key customers.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to regional business growth.
- Conduct product demonstrations, technical trials, and application support.
- Recommend suitable cutting tool solutions for customer machining requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams for order execution and customer service.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities,



and customer requirements.

Required Skills
- 5–10 years of experience in Cutting Tools sales.
- Solid knowledge of PCD, CBN, and Solid Carbide Cutting Tools.
- Experience in tooling, machining, CNC applications, or manufacturing industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.
- Ability to handle OEM accounts and industrial customers.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

Preferred Industry: Cutting Tools, Tooling, CNC Machining, Metal Cutting, Industrial Manufacturing. Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
