We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Senior Sales Engineer to drive sales of Material Handling Equipment (MHE) and Electric Mobility products.

The candidate will be responsible for developing business in industrial areas across South Bangalore, generating new business opportunities, managing customer relationships, providing technical sales support, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new business through customer visits, prospecting, referrals, and industrial networking.
- Sell Material Handling Equipment including Forklifts, Reach Trucks, Stackers, Scissor Lifts, etc.
- Promote Electric Mobility products.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable technical solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and close sales.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
- Provide pre-sales technical support and handle customer queries.
- Coordinate with Service, Operations, Application Engineering, Finance,



and Logistics teams.
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Maintain sales pipeline, customer records, and reports through CRM/ERP.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through timely response and after-sales coordination.

Territory The candidate will primarily cover: Jigani | Bommasandra | Bidadi | Harohalli | Hosur | Whitefield along with other assigned industrial clusters in and around Bangalore South.

Candidate Profile

- 4–6 years of relevant sales experience.
- Experience in industrial/B2B sales, MHE, material handling equipment, or related products is preferred.
- Strong customer handling and business development skills.
- Good communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Technical understanding with the ability to identify customer requirements and recommend solutions.
- Target-oriented with strong business development capabilities.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
