Experience: Minimum 3 Years

Key Responsibilities

- Handle enquiries from students, parents and institutions
- Coordinate leads, follow-ups and sales operations
- Explain YASHHO programmes, services and perks
- Maintain lead databases, reports and CRM records
- Schedule meetings, demonstrations and counselling sessions
- Coordinate proposals, quotations, registrations and payment follow-ups
- Support institutional and individual sales campaigns
- Build strong relationships with students, parents, schools and partners
- Track sales targets, conversions and pending actions

Preferred Skills
- Strong coordination and relationship-management abilities
- Excellent telephone etiquette and persuasive communication
- Working knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets and CRM tools
- Fluency in Kannada, English and Hindi
- Experience in education,



training, EdTech or service sales is preferred
- Preference will be given to Kannadiga candidates

JOB DETAILS Annual CTC: Up to ₹10 Lakhs (CTC including Performance-Linked Incentives - PLI)
