Sales & Marketing Executive – Electrical Products

Kurlis India is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to drive business growth and expand the market for our electrical products.

The selected candidate will be responsible for sales, business development, customer relationship management, and marketing of our key product categories:

- Wires & Cables
- Mullen Tie – Our Patented Innovative Clamping Product
- Cable Assemblies & Wiring Harnesses

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities and customers.
- Drive sales of Wires & Cables, Mullen Tie, Cable Assemblies and Wiring Harnesses.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, dealers and other business partners.
- Generate leads and convert enquiries into business.
- Plan and execute online and offline marketing activities.
- Use digital marketing platforms to generate leads and improve product and brand visibility.
- Conduct market research and identify potential customers and new market opportunities.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
- Follow up with prospective customers and maintain the sales pipeline.
- Provide regular sales reports, competitor information and market feedback to management.

Candidate Profile Qualification: MBA / Any Degree

Experience: Minimum 4+ years in Sales & Marketing

Language: Good communication skills and fluency in English

Digital Skills: Knowledge of Digital Marketing,



Social Media Marketing and Online Lead Generation

Candidates with experience in electrical products, wires & cables, electrical accessories, wiring harnesses, industrial products, B2B sales, dealer/distributor development or similar products will be preferred.
