About the Role

Venture Consultancy Services Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Senior SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) Engineer to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of enterprise Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep hands-on experience with SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) and will be responsible for enhancing identity governance, access lifecycle management, and platform integrations across enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC).
- Architect and improve identity lifecycle management, provisioning, deprovisioning, and access governance.
- Design and enhance ITSM integrations, preferably with Xurrent or similar ITSM platforms (ServiceNow, Jira Service Management, etc.).
- Integrate SailPoint ISC with SAP GRC , including SAP S/4HANA environments and Segregation of Duties (SoD) controls.
- Expand and optimize the Non-Employee Risk Management (NERM) module for contractors, vendors, and third-party identities.
- Configure and manage access certification campaigns, role-based access controls (RBAC), and governance policies.




- Collaborate with security, infrastructure, SAP, and application teams to deliver secure identity solutions.
- Troubleshoot complex IAM issues and provide technical leadership and best practices.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and implementation standards.

Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM).
- Strong hands-on experience with SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) .
- Experience implementing and supporting identity lifecycle management and governance.
- Expertise in SailPoint connectors, provisioning workflows, and access certifications.
- Experience integrating SailPoint with SAP GRC , SAP S/4HANA , and SoD controls.
- Experience integrating SailPoint with ITSM platforms such as Xurrent , ServiceNow , or similar.
- Knowledge of Non-Employee Risk Management (NERM) .
- Robust understanding of IAM concepts, RBAC, MFA, SSO, and identity governance.
- Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications
- SailPoint Identity Security Cloud certifications.
- Experience with enterprise cloud environments (Azure AD, Entra ID, AWS, Google Cloud).
- Knowledge of REST APIs, PowerShell, Java, or scripting for automation.
- Experience working in large enterprise IAM transformation projects.
