Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic skilled to lead our research team and drive strategic insights for our executive search firm. The Researcher will play a critical role in identifying market trends, mapping talent landscapes, and providing actionable intelligence to support high-level executive searches . The ideal candidate will build the research function within TE hence should have deep expertise in market research, data analysis, and stakeholder engagement, ideally with experience in consulting firms.

This will be a global role.

Key Responsibilities

1. Leadership and Strategy:
- Work with the research team, should manage deliver high-quality, data driven insights.
- Develop and implement a research strategy aligned with the firms business objectives.
- Foster a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and excellence within the research team.

- Market Intelligence

- Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify industry trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging opportunities.
- Build comprehensive talent maps and pipelines for executive-level candidates.
- Stay updated on industry developments and provide strategic guidance to the leadership team.

- Client and Stakeholder Engagement





- Collaborate closely with Partners and Consultants to understand client needs and provide tailored research solutions.
- Present research findings to internal teams and external clients, ensuring actionable insights.

Preferred candidate profile

Key Qualifications:

- 5+ years of experience in market research, talent intelligence, or related roles.
- Proven expertise in executive search, consulting, or research-focused organizations.
- Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in research tools, CRM systems, and advanced Excel or data visualization software.
- A strategic thinker with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights.

Working model -

Hybrid: 2 days a week from the Gurugram office

- Able to flex working hours as needed to operate across the India to US West Coast time zone range
