Role Overview:

We are looking for candidates with hands-on experience in private credit / leveraged finance / corporate credit underwriting, Structured Finance, CLOs, Leveraged Finance, Sukuks, supporting global fund managers. The role involves pre-fund launch support, creating marketing materials on various asset classes, deal screening, credit risk assessment, financial and cash flow modelling, IC memo preparation, bond or loan pricing and valuation, and portfolio monitoring in a rapid-paced direct lending environment.

Key Responsibilities

Pre-fund Launch Support

- Evaluating and understanding asset classes / markets such as Private Credit, Structured Finance (CLOs), Sukuks, Trade Finance, Leasing, etc.
- Identifying the structural drivers, KPIs, funds investing in such markets
- Creating marketing materials on such asset classes highlighting the performance of these assets and framing investment or asset allocation strategies
- Discussing ideas regularly with the Fund manager

Deal Screening & Underwriting

- Prepare quick-turn investment profiles / teasers for live deals
- Build detailed financial models (cash flow, liquidity, debt schedules)
- Conduct downside / scenario analysis and identify key risk triggers • Support Investment Committee (IC) memos with clear recommendations




- Updating the internal ratings model for above mentioned securities

Credit Analysis

- Analyze financial statements, leverage, DSCR, interest coverage
- Assess business model, industry risks, and capital structure
- Evaluate sources & uses, transaction structure, and sponsor dynamics

Bond / Loan Pricing Valuation:

- Build and maintain private credit valuation and pricing models (DCF-based) for illiquid bonds and loan-format securities (bullet & amortizing), including SAR/local currency instruments
- Develop credit spread frameworks using financial KPIs (leverage, ICR, cash flows), market benchmarks, and illiquidity/structural adjustments
- Perform scenario analysis, recovery modelling, and sensitivity analysis to support fair value (IFRS Level 3), NAV reporting, and investment decisions

Portfolio Monitoring

• Track portfolio performance, liquidity, and covenant compliance

- Identify early warning signals and covenant breaches
- Support quarterly reviews and ongoing credit updates

Execution Support

- Handle multiple live deals with tight turnaround timelines
- Work closely with onshore teams / PMs / deal teams
- Maintain high quality and consistency across deliverables
