Recruitment Consultant – Healthcare Staffing (Canada)

About the Role

We are looking for a Recruitment Consultant with 1+ year of recruitment experience, preferably in Canadian healthcare staffing, to source, screen, and place healthcare professionals across Canada.

Key Responsibilities

- Source healthcare professionals through LinkedIn, job portals, databases, referrals, and other channels.
- Recruit for temporary, contract, and permanent healthcare positions.
- Screen candidates based on qualifications, experience, availability, and client requirements.
- Conduct initial interviews and competency-based screening.
- Manage candidate communication, follow-ups, interviews, references, and onboarding.
- Verify licenses, certifications, credentials, and required documentation.
- Maintain accurate candidate records in ATS/CRM systems.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
- Work closely with Business Development and Account Management teams to fulfill client requirements.
- Meet recruitment targets, placement goals, and KPIs.




- Ensure candidates meet applicable Canadian healthcare staffing and compliance requirements.

Roles We Recruit RN, RPN, LPN, PSW, HCA, NP, Physicians, Allied Health Professionals, and Healthcare Support Staff.

Requirements

- 1+ year of recruitment experience.
- Healthcare recruitment experience preferred.
- Canadian/UK recruitment experience is an advantage.
- Strong sourcing, screening, communication, and candidate-management skills.
- Experience with ATS/CRM tools such as Bullhorn, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, and other job portals.
- Target-driven, organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple vacancies.
- Willingness to work 7:30 PM – 4:00 AM IST.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
