Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior US Recruiter to join our Haridwar team. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in US staffing, and experience recruiting for manufacturing, engineering, technical, or skilled-trades positions.

You will be responsible for identifying, engaging, screening, and placing candidates for our US clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Source and recruit candidates for US-based manufacturing and engineering positions.
- Use LinkedIn, Indeed, job boards, resume databases, and other sourcing channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews.
- Assess candidates based on technical skills, experience, location, compensation, and overall fit.
- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines.
- Manage candidates throughout the recruitment and interview process.
- Coordinate interviews with US clients and follow up through the hiring process.
- Prepare and submit qualified candidates to clients.
- Maintain accurate recruiting activity in the ATS.




- Consistently work toward submission, interview, and placement targets.

Requirements
- 3+ years of recruiting experience.
- US recruiting/staffing experience strongly preferred.
- Experience recruiting for manufacturing, engineering, industrial, or skilled-trades roles preferred.
- Strong sourcing and candidate-screening skills.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Comfortable communicating with US-based candidates and clients.
- Strong follow-up, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
- Results-oriented and able to work independently.
- Willingness to work US EST night shift.
- Must be willing to work on-site in Haridwar.
