Job Summary

Technocruitx is looking for an experienced Senior Recruiter with strong expertise in IT & Non-IT recruitment. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and closing candidates while managing end-to-end recruitment processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT & Non-IT positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references, and other channels.
- Screen, interview, and shortlist candidates as per client requirements.
- Coordinate with clients and candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain candidate database and ensure timely closures.




- Achieve monthly recruitment targets.

Requirements

- 2–4 years of experience in Recruitment/Staffing industry.
- Strong sourcing and candidate management skills.
- Valuable understanding of IT & Non-IT hiring processes.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Experience working with recruitment consultancy preferred.
