About the Role

TechnocruitX is seeking an experienced Senior HR Recruiter from the recruitment consultancy/staffing industry who can independently manage client accounts, lead a recruitment team, and drive successful closures across multiple industries. Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple client requirements across IT and Non-IT domains.

- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, understanding hiring needs and ensuring timely delivery.

- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients through consistent communication and quality service.

- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of recruiters to achieve individual and team hiring targets.

- Allocate job requirements, monitor recruiter performance, and provide regular coaching.

- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, social media, and employee referrals.

- Screen, interview, and shortlist candidates based on client requirements.

- Coordinate interviews, negotiate offers, and ensure successful candidate onboarding.

- Track recruitment metrics, maintain hiring reports, and ensure service-level agreements (SLAs) are met.





- Identify opportunities for client growth and contribute to business development by supporting account expansion and generating client referrals.

Required Skills

- Strong experience in recruitment consultancy or staffing services.

- Hands-on experience managing client accounts and multiple hiring mandates.

- Proven ability to lead and manage a recruitment team.

- Expertise in sourcing through Naukri, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

- Strong understanding of recruitment KPIs, SLAs, and turnaround time (TAT).

- Ability to work in a quick-paced, target-driven environment.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- 3–6 years of experience in a recruitment consultancy or staffing firm (mandatory).

- Experience handling domestic recruitment for multiple clients.

- Prior experience managing a team of recruiters is highly preferred.

- Strong client-facing experience with excellent relationship management skills.

- Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of handling pressure while maintaining quality.

Pay: ₹13,200.99 - ₹50,000.00 per month
