Manipal Hospitals is seeking a highly skilled Senior Radiology Technician to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing various radiological procedures to assist in the diagnosis and treatment of patients. This role involves working with advanced imaging equipment, ensuring the quality of images produced, and adhering to safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct a range of diagnostic imaging procedures, including X-rays, CT scans, and MRI scans.

- Prepare and position patients for imaging procedures, ensuring their comfort and safety.

- Operate radiological equipment and ensure optimal imaging techniques are used.

- Review and assess the quality of images for diagnostic purposes and collaborate with radiologists as needed.

- Maintain accurate records and documentation of procedures performed.

- Follow safety protocols to minimize exposure to radiation for patients and staff.

- Assist in the training and supervision of junior staff and students.





- Participate in quality assurance and compliance activities to uphold standards of practice.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Diploma or degree in Radiology Technology or a related field.

- Proven experience as a Radiology Technician, preferably in a senior role for a minimum of 5 years.

- Strong knowledge of radiographic techniques, equipment, and safety protocols.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented setting.

- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.

Tools and Equipment:

- Radiographic imaging equipment (X-ray machines, CT scanners, MRI machines).

- Image processing software and reporting tools.
