About The Role We are seeking a Senior QA Engineer (Manual) to ensure the quality and integrity of our insurance, payments, and accounting systems. This role is critical for validating complex financial transactions and end-to-end insurance journeys, working closely with various teams to deliver robust solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Validate end-to-end insurance journeys along with financial transactions.
- Test payment gateway integrations and the payment lifecycle.
- Verify premium collections, refunds, cancellations, endorsements, and reversals.
- Validate accounting entries generated during various insurance transactions.




- Test reconciliation processes between payment systems, accounting systems, and policy administration systems.
- Verify ledger postings, journal entries, GL mappings, settlements, and financial reports.
- Perform API, database, integration, regression, and UAT support.
- Prepare detailed test cases covering functional and financial scenarios.
- Work closely with Product, Finance, Engineering, and Business teams.
- Report, track, and verify defects until closure.
- Participate in release planning and production validation.
