Job Title: Senior Purchase Officer (IT Procurement)*

Experience: 3–5 Years

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Purchase Manager to oversee the procurement of IT products and manage the day-to-day activities of the Purchase and Delivery teams. The ideal candidate should have strong vendor management, negotiation, and team management skills, along with hands-on experience in IT procurement.

Key Responsibilities:

* Procure IT materials, including:

- Networking Active Components (Switches, Routers, Firewalls, Wireless Devices, etc.)
- Networking Passive Components (Cables, Racks, Patch Panels, Accessories, etc.)
- Desktops, Laptops, Servers, and Workstations
- Printers, UPS, Storage Devices, Monitors, and other IT peripherals
- Source and evaluate vendors to obtain competitive pricing and ensure timely procurement.
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers.
- Prepare and process purchase orders while maintaining procurement records.
- Coordinate with the Sales, Technical, and Finance teams to ensure smooth procurement operations.




- Monitor inventory levels and ensure product availability based on business requirements.
- Manage and supervise the Purchase and Delivery teams, assigning daily tasks and tracking performance.
- Ensure timely delivery of materials and resolve procurement or logistics issues.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with OEMs, distributors, and suppliers.
- Prepare procurement reports and analyze purchasing costs to improve efficiency.

Required Skills:

- 3–5 years of experience in IT procurement or purchasing.
- Strong knowledge of IT hardware, networking products (Active & Passive), and peripherals.
- Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Experience in managing procurement and delivery teams.
- Good communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP/procurement software is preferred.

Education:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Commerce, or a related field.
- Relevant procurement or supply chain certifications are an added advantage.
