Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage inventory planning, procurement, and vendor development to ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors to negotiate prices, quality standards, and lead times.
- Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and evaluate their capabilities.
- Analyze data to optimize inventory levels, reduce costs, and improve supply chain efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate purchasing decisions into overall business strategy.
- Can Maintain Minimum Stock Ratio and GRN Number and is well versed with Item code and have exposer with Excel and ERP.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 4-9 years of experience in electronics manufacturing industry or related field (electrical engineering background preferred).
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (B.Tech / B.E.) or Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering (B.Tech / B.E.).
- Solid understanding of electrical components such as AC/DC motors, pumps, gearboxes, bearings etc.
- Experience in Battery Manufacturing preferred.
- Experienced in Electrical and Electronics Manufacturing Industry.
