The company is expanding its capabilities in road construction and infrastructure projects, with a focus on quality execution, timely completion, productive resource utilization and strong project management.

We are building a professional project execution team to undertake and deliver larger government road projects across Gujarat.

Role Description

We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager – Highway / Road Projects to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis in Gujarat, India.

The Senior Project Manager will play a key role in tender evaluation, technical planning, project execution and overall management of Government Road & Infrastructure Projects, from pre-tender planning through to project completion.

The ideal candidate should have strong practical experience in Government R&B; / PWD / Jilla Panchayat road projects, particularly bituminous road construction.

Key Responsibilities

- Evaluate government road tenders and provide technical and execution-related inputs.
- Study tender documents, BOQ, specifications, drawings and SBD requirements.
- Assist in project costing, rate analysis and execution planning.
- Plan and manage execution of GSB, WMM, DBM, BC and other bituminous road works.
- Plan requirements for HMP/Hot Mix Plant, paver, rollers and other road construction machinery.
- Develop project schedules, work programs and resource plans.
- Coordinate with Site Engineers, Supervisors, subcontractors, labour contractors, vendors and machinery operators.
- Monitor daily progress, productivity, quality and project timelines.
- Coordinate with government departments, consultants, engineers and other stakeholders.
- Monitor material requirements, procurement and utilization.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards and safety requirements.




- Review measurements, quantities, billing-related documentation and project records.
- Identify project risks, delays and cost-related issues and take corrective action.
- Prepare and review daily/weekly/monthly project progress reports.
- Build and manage the project execution team as the company expands its road-project operations.
- Provide technical and practical guidance to the management on project execution, machinery and resource planning.
- Drive continuous improvement in project execution, productivity and cost control.

Qualifications & Experience
- B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- 10+ years of relevant experience preferred, particularly in road/highway construction.
- Strong practical experience in Government R&B; / PWD / Jilla Panchayat projects.
- Hands-on experience in bituminous road construction, including GSB, WMM, DBM and BC.
- Good understanding of HMP/Hot Mix Plant, paver, rollers and road construction machinery.
- Experience in BOQ study, quantity estimation, rate analysis and project costing.
- Good understanding of government tender documents and SBD requirements.
- Experience in project planning, execution, billing coordination and measurement.
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation and team-management skills.
- Ability to independently manage site operations and resolve practical execution issues.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and other project/documentation software.
- Candidates with strong experience in Gujarat Government Road Projects will be preferred.
