Role Description The Senior Project Manager is a full-time remote role responsible for leading and coordinating complex projects that support PInterview’s platform growth and service delivery. This role oversees project planning, execution, and monitoring, ensuring initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing cross-functional teams, defining project goals and milestones, tracking progress, mitigating risks, and reporting status to leadership and stakeholders.

Manager will collaborate with product, operations, technology, and marketing teams to streamline processes, improve user experience, and optimize resource allocation.



This role also involves setting project management standards, mentoring project team members, and continuously improving methodologies and tools used across the organization.

Qualifications

Strong project management skills, including experience with Project Management methodologies, tools, and cross-functional coordination.

Experience in expediting and Expeditor-related activities, ensuring timely completion of tasks and efficient follow-up on critical project items.

Knowledge of logistics management practices, including Logistics Management planning, coordination, and communication across multiple stakeholders.

Background in inspection and quality assurance processes to ensure deliverables meet defined standards and requirements.

Proven experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects in a technology-driven or online services setting.

Excellent analytical, organizational, and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a remote setting.

Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present project updates and influence decision-making.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Management, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum) are a plus.

Demonstrated ability to lead diverse teams, foster collaboration, and drive continuous improvement.

Familiarity with online education, interview preparation, or career consulting services is beneficial.
