Role & responsibilities The roleholder will be responsible for overall execution, monitoring, and delivery of elevated metro rail infrastructure works. The candidate should possess robust leadership and project management capabilities with extensive experience in large-scale rail or metro projects.

- Overall planning, execution, and monitoring of the Metro Rail Project.

- Ensure timely completion of project milestones in accordance with contractual obligations.

- Manage coordination with client, consultants, contractors, and government authorities.

- Monitor project progress, quality standards, safety compliance, and cost control.

- Lead and guide project teams including engineering, construction, planning, and QA/QC teams.

- Review technical designs, construction methodologies, and project schedules.





- Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.

- Ensure adherence to safety regulations, quality standards, and environmental guidelines.

- Oversee project reporting, documentation, and stakeholder communication.

Preferred candidate profile

- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering (M.Tech preferred).

- 20+ years of experience in large infrastructure / Metro Rail / Railway projects.

- Experience in elevated metro structures, viaducts, stations, and track works will be preferred.

- Proven experience in project leadership and multi-disciplinary team management.

- Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills.
