- Lead premium residential interior projects from planning to handover
- Manage and mentor Project Managers, Site Engineers, and execution teams
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, contractors & internal stakeholders
- Ensure project timelines, quality standards, budgets & safety compliance
- Oversee civil, electrical, plumbing,



gypsum, tiling & finishing works
- Drive operational excellence through robust execution and leadership

- 7+ years of experience in Modular Residential Interior Project Management
- Career progression from Supervisor/Assistant → Project Manager → Leadership role
- Small-scale organizations with hands-on execution
- Large organizations with structured SOP-driven operations
- Strong leadership, communication & problem-solving skills
- Willingness to travel and relocate based on business requirements
