Your role

Key responsibilities in your new role

- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for PMO initiatives and projects.
- Translate business needs into functional requirements and process documentation.
- Support the development and enhancement of PMO standards, methodologies, and processes.
- Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and scorecards to track KPIs, project health, and portfolio performance.
- Perform trend analysis, forecasting, and reporting to support data-driven decision-making.
- Provide analytical support for portfolio planning, resource management, and risk assessment.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across teams and communicate insights effectively.

Your profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in business analysis and/or data analytics, preferably within a PMO, program management, or project-driven environment.
- Solid proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools, including Microsoft Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, and Jira.
- Ability to analyze complex datasets,



generate actionable insights, and support data-driven decision-making.
