About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Senior Project Engineer – Roads & Bridges to lead and manage major infrastructure projects in coordination with senior government officials and the Roads & Buildings (R&B;) Department, Government of Gujarat.

The ideal candidate will be a strong project leader with extensive experience in road and bridge projects, excellent technical understanding, and the confidence to independently manage project requirements, government coordination, correspondence, reviews, and execution-related matters.

Key Responsibilities:

- Act as the key point of coordination between the project team, client, consultants, & government officers.
- Coordinate effectively with the R&B; Government Department and handle official discussions, meetings, correspondence, submissions, and project-related matters.
- Provide strong technical and managerial leadership to ensure projects are delivered as per scope, quality,



timelines, and contractual requirements.
- Review and monitor DPRs, technical documents, drawings, estimates, reports, specifications, and project submissions.
- Identify project challenges and provide practical, timely solutions to keep projects progressing smoothly.
- Monitor project progress, Ensure proper documentation, reporting, compliance, and communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Handle project-related issues independently and escalate critical matters to senior management when required.
- Represent the organization professionally in meetings with government authorities and senior stakeholders.

Required Skills:

- Strong technical understanding of road & bridge project requirements
- Excellent documentation, reporting, correspondence, and presentation skills
- Solid leadership ability with a solution-oriented approach
- Ability to manage multiple project requirements efficiently and deliver results.
