Job Title Senior Program Manager- Entrepreneurship Required Number 1 Qualification

- Bachelor's or Master's degree with 10+ years of experience in program management, startup incubation, innovation, entrepreneurship, higher education, or ecosystem development.

- Experience working with startups, accelerators, incubators, innovation ecosystems, or entrepreneurship initiatives is highly desirable.

- Solid project management and stakeholder management skills.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational abilities.

- Ability to manage multiple programs across different locations and stakeholders.

- We are seeking applications from candidates who can:

- Lead and manage entrepreneurship and startup initiatives across all campuses of Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham in close collaboration with Amrita TBI.

- Design and execute entrepreneurship development programs for students and faculty.

- Manage and scale the Student Accelerator Program, including startup scouting,



mentoring, bootcamps, demo days, and investor interactions.

- Identify and nurture high-potential student and faculty startups from ideation to incubation at Amrita TBI.

- Plan and execute incubation programs at Amrita TBI.

- Coordinate innovation competitions, hackathons, startup challenges, workshops, and entrepreneurship events.

- Build collaborations with academic departments, innovation clubs, and student bodies across campuses.

- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of programs.

- Prepare reports, proposals, presentations, and impact documentation for various stakeholders and funding agencies.

- Monitor program outcomes and recommend improvements based on data and participant feedback.
