Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager – Procurement to lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution of our AI-powered procurement platform.

The ideal candidate should combine strong procurement domain expertise with proven product leadership, preferably gained in a startup or mid-sized enterprise SaaS product company. The individual should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, owning products end-to-end, collaborating directly with business leadership, and driving product decisions through customer insights and market intelligence.

The role requires someone who can build AI-enabled procurement products that solve complex business problems for global enterprises while balancing customer needs, business goals, and engineering priorities.

Roles and Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Vision

•Own the product vision, strategy, roadmap, and long-term product direction.

•Work closely with business leadership to define product strategy aligned with company objectives.

•Identify market opportunities through customer research, competitive analysis, and industry trends.

•Drive AI-first product thinking by identifying opportunities to leverage Generative AI, automation, and intelligent workflows within procurement.

Product Management

•Lead the complete product lifecycle from discovery, planning, development, launch, adoption, and continuous improvement.





•Translate business problems into product requirements, PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and feature specifications.

•Prioritize the product backlog based on customer value, commercial impact, and strategic priorities.

•Define success metrics, product KPIs, and OKRs and continuously monitor product performance.

Customer & Business Engagement

•Engage directly with enterprise customers, procurement leaders, and business stakeholders to understand pain points and validate product direction.

•Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Delivery teams during customer discussions, product demonstrations, RFPs, and strategic engagements.

•Drive customer-centric product decisions through continuous feedback and product discovery.

Cross-functional Leadership

•Collaborate with Engineering, UX, QA, AI teams, Delivery, and Customer Success to ensure timely product delivery.

•Lead cross-functional product discussions and influence stakeholders without direct authority.

•Support successful customer implementations and product adoption initiatives.

Go-to-Market

•Work closely with Marketing and Sales teams on product positioning, messaging, launch planning, and sales enablement.





•Support commercialization of new product capabilities and AI features.

Required Skills & Experience

•10–15+ years of overall experience.

•Minimum 5+ years of Product Management experience in Enterprise SaaS products.

•Strong experience in Procurement, Source-to-Pay (S2P), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Strategic Sourcing, Supplier Management, Contract Management, and Procurement Digital Transformation.

•Experience building AI-enabled or data-driven enterprise products; exposure to Generative AI, AI copilots, workflow automation, or intelligent procurement solutions is highly preferred.

•Solid product strategy, roadmap planning, product discovery, and customer research experience.

•Experience working in Agile/Scrum product environments.

•Strong analytical and commercial mindset with experience defining product KPIs and success metrics.

•Excellent stakeholder management, influencing, and leadership skills.

•Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Preferred Profile

•Experience working in startup or mid-sized SaaS product companies with high ownership.

•Experience working directly with founders, business heads, or leadership teams.

•Procurement domain expertise within enterprise procurement software organizations.

•Experience launching products for global enterprise customers.

•Strong ownership mindset with the ability to make data-driven product decisions.

•Experience collaborating with cross-functional global teams.
