About the Role

We're looking for a Senior Product Manager – New Initiatives to build and scale the next generation of products at FRND.

This is a 0→1 role , where you'll identify new opportunities, validate ideas, and launch products that unlock new growth for the business. You'll work directly with founders and cross-functional teams to solve ambiguous problems, create innovative user experiences, and take products from concept to scale.

What You'll Do

- Own end-to-end product development for new initiatives, from idea validation to launch and scale.
- Identify user problems, market opportunities, and emerging trends to build high-impact products.
- Define product vision, roadmap, PRDs, and success metrics for new business opportunities.
- Work closely with engineering, design, analytics, growth, and business teams to deliver exceptional user experiences.
- Conduct user research, analyse data, and run rapid experiments to validate product hypotheses.
- Drive product decisions using customer insights, business metrics, and market understanding.
- Prioritise features, balance trade-offs, and ensure timely execution.
- Continuously measure product performance and iterate to improve engagement, retention, and growth.

What We're Looking For
- 3–6 years of Product Management experience , preferably in consumer internet, social, marketplace, gaming, or startup environments.
- Experience building and launching products from 0→1 or owning major product initiatives.




- Robust product thinking with the ability to identify user problems and convert them into scalable solutions.
- Excellent analytical skills with experience using data to drive product decisions.
- Comfortable working in ambiguity and making decisions with incomplete information.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- High ownership mindset with the ability to move quickly and execute independently.
- Experience working closely with engineering, design, analytics, and growth teams.
- Experience with experimentation, A/B testing, and product metrics is a plus.

Note: The FRND team works 6 days a week, with 1st and 3rd Saturdays being working days.
