Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Senior PHP Laravel Developer role based in Pune City. The Senior PHP Laravel Developer will design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using PHP, Laravel, and related technologies.

Daily responsibilities include writing clean, efficient, and secure code, implementing APIs and integrations, optimizing application performance, and troubleshooting issues across the stack. The role involves collaborating with product managers, designers, and other engineers to translate business requirements into technical solutions, reviewing code, and mentoring junior developers. The developer will also participate in architectural decisions,



contribute to best practices, and ensure adherence to coding standards, testing procedures, and deployment processes.

Qualifications

- Strong proficiency in server-side development with PHP, Laravel, and MVC frameworks, including building RESTful APIs and modular application components.
- Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern libraries or frameworks to support full-stack development when needed.
- Solid understanding of relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL), query optimization, and ORM tools commonly used with Laravel.
- Knowledge of software engineering best practices, including version control (Git), automated testing, debugging, and secure coding standards.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms, deployment pipelines, and DevOps concepts such as CI/CD, containerization, and environment configuration.
- Ability to analyze requirements, design system architecture, and produce technical documentation for complex features and integrations.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to mentor team members and contribute to code reviews and technical discussions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Prior experience in IoT, smart home, or product-based technology companies is an advantage.
