Role Description The Senior Performance Marketing Specialist will lead the planning, execution, and optimization of data-driven digital marketing campaigns across channels such as search, social, display, and email. This full-time, on-site role in Ahmedabad involves managing performance marketing budgets, conducting A/B tests, and improving key metrics including ROI, CAC, CTR, and conversion rates.

The specialist will collaborate with design, content, and sales teams to align campaigns with brand goals and audience insights, ensuring cohesive messaging and strong lead quality. Day-to-day responsibilities include market and competitor analysis, funnel optimization,



tracking and analyzing campaign performance, and preparing reports with actionable recommendations. The role also includes mentoring junior team members, identifying recent growth opportunities, and contributing to the overall marketing strategy for Eunoia Designtech and its clients.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams and clients.
- Candidates should possess Market Research and Marketing Strategy skills to design, execute, and optimize performance-driven campaigns.
- Candidates should possess Sales and marketing alignment skills to support lead generation, pipeline growth, and revenue-focused initiatives.
- Experience in performance marketing across channels such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid platforms, including campaign setup, optimization, and reporting.
- Proficiency with analytics and tracking tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tag Manager, data dashboards) and a strong understanding of attribution and KPIs.
- Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, run A/B tests, and use data to drive decisions and continuous improvement.
- Relevant bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; advanced certifications in digital/performance marketing are a plus.
- Experience working with creative and development teams to align messaging, landing pages, and user journeys for higher conversion.
