Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, test, and deploy enterprise applications using Pega PRPC / Pega Infinity (8.x and above).
- Develop scalable solutions using Case Management, Data Pages, Flows, Decision Rules, UI, and Business Rules.
- Build and maintain integrations using REST, SOAP, Connectors, Services, Kafka, JMS, and external APIs.
- Participate in architecture discussions and provide technical solutions aligned with business requirements.
- Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to Pega Guardrails and development best practices.
- Troubleshoot production issues and optimize application performance.
- Collaborate with Business Analysts, Solution Architects, QA teams, and stakeholders throughout the SDLC.
- Mentor junior developers and support technical knowledge sharing within the team.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
- Prepare technical design documents and maintain project documentation.

Required Skills
- 8 to 12 years of overall IT experience with 6+ years of hands-on Pega development.
- Strong experience with Pega Infinity 8.x / Pega Platform.

- Robust knowledge of Pega Constellation and App Studio is preferred.

- Strong SQL and database knowledge (Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL).
- Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Git, Bitbucket, Azure DevOps, or GitHub.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Pega Cloud) is an advantage.
- Excellent analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of Pega Customer Service (CS), KYC, Smart Dispute, or other Pega frameworks.
- Experience with Kafka, Microservices, and event-driven architecture.
- Exposure to OpenShift, Docker, or Kubernetes.
- Knowledge of Java is an added advantage.

Certifications
- Pega Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA) Mandatory
- Pega Certified Lead System Architect (CLSA) Preferred
