Job Title: Senior Oracle HCM Cloud Technical Consultant Experience: 10+ Years

Note -only need immidiate joiner Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Senior Oracle HCM Cloud Technical Consultant with 10+ years of IT experience and strong expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud technical development.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Core HR (Global HR), Workforce Structures, Journeys, Approval Workflows, Security, Oracle Redwood UX, BI Publisher, OTBI, HCM Extracts, HDL/HSDL, Fast Formulas, REST/SOAP APIs, and HCM integrations .

The role involves technical development, integrations, reporting, data migration, testing, and production support for Oracle HCM Cloud applications.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and support Oracle HCM Cloud technical solutions across Core HR (Global HR), Workforce Structures (Jobs & Positions), Journeys, Approval Workflows, and Security (Roles, AOR, Data Security).
- Configure and validate Oracle Redwood UX components, reports, extracts, and integrations.
- Design and develop BI Publisher reports, OTBI reports, SQL queries, and report rationalization/retrofit activities.
- Develop Fast Formulas, Value Sets, Lookups, HCM Extracts, HDL/HSDL for business requirements.
- Build and support REST/SOAP API integrations, inbound/outbound interfaces, and Workforce API integrations.
- Perform data migration,



transformation, validation, and reconciliation activities.
- Support unit testing, SIT, UAT, defect analysis, troubleshooting, and production support.
- Collaborate with functional consultants and business stakeholders to deliver scalable Oracle HCM solutions.
- Prepare technical documentation, deployment plans, and knowledge transfer documents.
