Job Summary:

Responsible for providing secure and efficient nursing care during surgical procedures, assisting the surgical team, maintaining OT standards, and ensuring compliance with infection control and patient safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist surgeons and anaesthesia team during surgical procedures.

- Prepare OT, instruments, equipment, and surgical supplies before procedures.

- Perform scrub and circulating duties as assigned.

- Maintain strict aseptic and infection control practices.

- Ensure proper counting of instruments, needles, and surgical items.

- Monitor patient condition and assist in pre- and post-operative care.

- Maintain OT records, checklists, and documentation.

- Ensure availability and proper functioning of OT equipment and supplies.

- Guide and supervise junior OT nursing staff.

- Coordinate with surgeons, anaesthetists, technicians, and other departments.

- Follow hospital policies, NABH standards, and patient safety protocols.

- Minimum 3–5 years of OT experience.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
