Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive Senior Operations Specialist to manage daily bookings, support U.S.-based customers and service providers, onboard new providers, maintain strong provider relationships, and resolve operational issues quickly.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily bookings and ensure successful service completion.
- Communicate with U.S. customers and providers through phone, chat, and email.
- Onboard and train new service providers.
- Maintain strong provider relationships and improve provider engagement.
- Monitor bookings and resolve delays, cancellations, complaints, and urgent issues.
- Arrange replacement providers when required.
- Track provider performance and customer interactions.
- Support continuous improvement of operational processes.

Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in operations, customer support, service coordination, or vendor management.




- Experience in provider onboarding and provider relationship management.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Robust problem-solving, multitasking, and organizational skills.
- Experience working with U.S.-based customers or service providers.
- Familiarity with Slack, CRM tools, Google Sheets, and booking platforms.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.

Preferred Qualifications
- Spanish language proficiency is a plus.
- A U.S. accent is a plus.
- Experience in home services, the gig economy, marketplaces, or on-demand platforms.
- Experience managing provider performance and escalations.
