Role & responsibilities

1.responsible to monitor all activities carried out related to product quality.

2.responsible for batch record insurance.

3.responsible for issuance of change control.

4.responsible for implementation of ISO and Quality Management system.

5.responsible for calibration and validation of instruments/equipment.

1. responsible for in process quality checks .

7 responsible for implement cGMP . 8 responsible for hard book issuance .

9 responsible to monitor production activity .

10 responsible for prepare process validation protocol and report .

11 responsible for logbook issuance .

12 responsible for issuance and retrieval of control document.

13 responsible for dispatch verification .
