About the Role:

- We are looking for an experienced Senior Officer Maintenance to handle electrical maintenance activities, ensure equipment reliability, manage breakdowns, and support continuous improvement initiatives in an automotive/manufacturing setting

Key Responsibilities:

- Execute preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of plant machinery and utilities

- Minimize equipment downtime and ensure quick breakdown resolution

- Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement corrective & preventive actions

- Coordinate with Production to plan maintenance without affecting output

- Troubleshoot electrical systems including panels, motors, drives, sensors, and control circuits

- Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and statutory requirements





- Support installation, commissioning, and modification of machinery and electrical systems

- Handle SAP MM activities including material requisitions, spares inventory, and consumption tracking

- Ensure availability of critical spares and optimize inventory levels

- Maintain maintenance documentation as per IATF 16949, ISO 45001, and ISO 14001

- Follow SHE practices including LOTO, work permits, PPE usage, and hazard identification

- Participate in TPM, Kaizen, cost reduction, energy saving, and reliability improvement activities
