MuleSoft Developer (RBA/ADI/API – Anypoint Platform)

Location: Pune, India (Remote)

Employment Type: Flexible (Part-time or fulltime)

Project Duration: 6 months contract with possibility of conversion to Fulltime

Work Hours: 5 hours - 8 hours per day

Hourly Rate: $15/hr

About the Role

1. Plumlogix is seeking 2 experienced MuleSoft Developers to join our growing integration team. The ideal candidates will have strong expertise in MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, API-led connectivity, enterprise integrations, and experience working with modern cloud ecosystems. This role will be responsible for designing, developing, deploying, and supporting scalable integration solutions that connect Salesforce, enterprise applications, third-party systems, and cloud platforms.
2. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with Solution Architects, Business Analysts, Product Owners, and client stakeholders to deliver high-quality integration solutions across complex enterprise environments.

The ideal candidate is:

- A hands-on MuleSoft developer with strong API integration expertise. Passionate about building scalable and reusable enterprise integrations. Comfortable working independently in a remote environment. Highly collaborative and capable of supporting global teams. Able to balance technical excellence with business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, test, and deploy integration solutions using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform.
- Build and maintain APIs using MuleSoft's API-led connectivity approach.
- Develop and manage RESTful and SOAP web services.
- Create reusable integration assets, connectors, and templates.




- Design and implement RBA (Rule-Based Automation), ADI (Application Data Integration), and API integration solutions.
- Participate in API lifecycle management including design, development, governance, security, monitoring, and optimization.
- Integrate Salesforce, ERP systems, databases, healthcare platforms, cloud applications, and third-party services.
- Develop DataWeave transformations and complex integration flows.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.
- Troubleshoot production issues and optimize system performance.
- Ensure adherence to integration best practices, security standards, and governance policies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across multiple time zones, including EST-based stakeholders.
- Participate in code reviews, technical documentation, and knowledge-sharing initiatives.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
- 8-10 years of software development experience including 5+ years of hands-on MuleSoft development experience.
- Strong experience with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform components:- API Manager, Runtime Manager, Exchange, Design Center, Anypoint Studio
- Experience building REST APIs, SOAP services,



and microservices architectures.
- Strong proficiency in DataWeave transformations.
- Experience with RBA, ADI, and API integration frameworks.
- Solid understanding of API security standards including:- OAuth 2.0, JWT, SAML, Basic Authentication, API Gateway Security
- Experience integrating Salesforce and enterprise applications.
- Strong SQL and database integration experience.
- Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.
- Excellent troubleshooting and debugging skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- MuleSoft Certified Developer – Level 1 & MuleSoft Certified Developer – Level 2.
- MuleSoft Integration Architect Certification.
- Experience with Salesforce integrations.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as: AWS, GCP, and Azure
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
