Job Summary

WeAreAmnet is looking for an experienced Senior MIS Executive / Senior MIS Analyst to manage business reporting, dashboard development, data analysis, KPI tracking, and reporting automation. The ideal candidate should have robust analytical skills and expertise in BI tools.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain MIS reports, dashboards, and KPI trackers.
- Analyze large datasets and generate business insights.
- Automate reports using Excel, SQL, Power Query, VBA, and BI tools.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and reporting quality.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to deliver timely reports.
- Drive process improvements and reporting automation.

Required Skills




- 5+ years of experience in MIS, Business Intelligence, or Data Analytics.
- Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, Power Query, VBA, Formulas).
- SQL and Database Management.
- Power BI, Tableau, or Zoho Analytics.
- Strong data analysis and visualization skills.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.

Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of MySQL/Oracle, ERP systems, Python, and AI tools (ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Gemini).
- Certifications in Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or Google Data Analytics are an added advantage.
