- Conduct continuous market, consumer, retailer, and competitor analysis.
- Identify product gaps and new business opportunities across export markets.
- Translate market insights into commercially viable product concepts.
- Lead seasonal and buyer-specific product collection development.
- Coordinate with design, sourcing, production, and quality teams.
- Develop structured sampling plans based on commercial potential.
- Track sample performance and incorporate buyer feedback.
- Support sales and NBD teams with product recommendations and presentations.
- Lead cross-functional execution and mentor junior merchandisers.
- Drive process improvements that reduce waste and improve speed-to-market.

Requirements

Qualifications:-

- Bachelor's degree in Fashion, Textile, Product Design, Business, or related field.
- 8–15 years of merchandising and product development experience in export businesses.
- Strong understanding of international retail markets.
- Excellent analytical, commercial, communication, and leadership skills.
