About the Role:

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Java Full Stack Developer to join our growing team in Chennai. The ideal candidate should have solid experience in back-end development with Java and Spring Boot, and a good understanding of front-end technologies and modern JavaScript frameworks. Youll be working on critical healthcare solutions and collaborating with cross-functional teams in a quick-paced Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain scalable applications using Java, Spring Boot (2.1+), and RESTful APIs

- Work with relational databases like Oracle or PostgreSQL

- Collaborate with frontend teams and build UI components using modern JavaScript frameworks

- Apply strong object-oriented programming principles and design patterns

- Solve complex technical problems using data structures and algorithms

- Work on scripting and automation using tools like Perl, Shell Scripting, Python,



or Ruby on Rails

- Optimize applications for performance, scalability and security

- Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and contribute to technical documentation

- Collaborate with DevOps and QA teams to support CI/CD pipelines and automated testing

- Innovate and drive continuous improvement in development processes

Required Skills:

- 5 to 9 years of experience in Java and Spring Boot

- Strong knowledge of OOP concepts, DSA, and design patterns

- Hands-on experience with REST API development

- Familiarity with JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and modern JS frameworks

- Working knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS preferred)

Preferred Qualifications:

- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

- Experience working in an Agile development environment
