Role & responsibilities

1. To participate in strategic planning to extend the infrastructure of the hospital with the focus to meet demand for health service in the future.
2. To encourage integration of new qualified system, techniques and investigations for better health care.
3. Resolve the complaints/grievances of patients, attendants and subordinates.
4. To document all patient evaluation, treatments, medications and transactions according to company policies and procedures. To settle medical claims of Companys employees as per Companys guidelines.

5. Attend patients and provide appropriate treatment for various illness & injuries. To Attend round the clock emergency duties. To supervise Medical Staff to ensure compliance with all applicable regulations.

6. To evaluate effectiveness of current care methods and procedures and suggest improvements. To assist Medical In-charge in identifying and resolving workplace issues.
7. Plan requirement and identify stock-in drugs for the year.

Preferred candidate profile

1.



Exposure in IT Skills is essential and knowledge of Gujarati language will be preferred.
2. Candidate must be Computer and Technology Savvy.
3. Candidate should be conversant to HRMS, ERP modules, preferably SAP system.
4. Canvassing in any form shall disqualify the candidate for the selection process.
5. Candidate shall initially be put on contract basis.
6. Management reserves the right to cancel / restrict/ enlarge/modify/alter the recruitment/selection process without assigning any reason thereafter.
7. The management reserves the right to add, modify or delete any eligibility standards/ criteria test as the case may be, to the selection process.

Remuneration During 1st Year of Contract CTC will be 14 LPA (Approx) and During 2nd Year of Contract CTC will be 15.00 LPA (Approx).

Regular

Absorption upon successful completion of Contract Period. The current CTC of Regular Grade GREO-07 is Approx. Rs. 18.70 Lacs per annum.
