Role Description The Senior Maths Faculty will design and deliver high-quality classroom instruction in Mathematics for competitive exam preparation, with a focus on IIT-JEE and similar entrance tests.

Responsibilities include planning detailed lesson schedules, explaining concepts through examples and problem-solving sessions, and conducting doubt-clearing and revision classes. The faculty will prepare and review assignments, tests, and study materials, analyze student performance, and provide feedback and guidance for improvement.



The role also involves contributing to curriculum refinement, attending academic meetings, and mentoring junior faculty as needed.

This is a full-time, on-site role based at FIITJEE Madhapur in Hyderabad.

Qualifications

- Experience : 8 - 10 years of Experience

Solid foundation in core Mathematics and Applied Mathematics relevant to competitive exams.
- Working knowledge of Physics concepts that intersect with mathematical problem-solving.
- Ability to teach and apply Statistics where required in the curriculum.
- Experience in Curriculum Development for coaching programs or academic courses.
- Advanced degree in Mathematics or a related field (Master’s or above preferred).
- Prior experience teaching at senior or competitive-exam level, ideally for IIT-JEE or similar exams.
- Excellent classroom communication, student engagement, and mentoring skills.
- Ability to use teaching aids, digital tools, and structured assessments to enhance learning outcomes.
